The city’s spring leaf pick up program is slated to begin on Monday, April 14 and will run through May 23.
Yard debris, including leaves, weeds, flowers and shrubs placed in paper leaf bags left in front of city residences will be picked up during the program by members of the city’s highway department.
City workers will begin by picking up bags from neighborhoods north of Interstate 84 and will switch to neighborhoods south of the interstate the next week.
That cycle will continue through the end of the program. City residents can also drop off their yard debris for free at Ferris Mulch Products located on Plumtrees Road.
