A 49-year-old New Milford man is facing charges of evading responsibility and drunken driving related to an April 16 one car crash in the area of Aspetuck Ridge Road.
Dennis Federle, of Two Rivers Lane, New Milford was located by New Milford Police April 16 and arrested following a brief investigation after he left the scene of a one car collision, police said.
Federle was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, traveling too fast for road conditions and failure to drive in the proper lane.
He was released on a written promise to appear with a court date of April 28 in Superior Court in Bantam.
