Western Connecticut State University hosts a screening of the movie “A Bronx Tale,” April 30th at 6:30pm in the midtown campus student center theater.
After the film, actor Lillo Brancato, a star in the film, will discuss how his substance abuse derailed his life and career and how he is working to turn his life around.
Ira Joe Fisher, the EMMY award winning television journalist, will host the evening’s events.
The Student Center Theater is located at 181 White Street, Danbury, CT 06811. Admission is free. seats are on a first come basis.The event is a partnership of Western, the Housatonic Valley Coalition against Substance Abuse and the Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism.
