Walk inside the Brookfield Town Hall at 100 Pocono Road, and you will be treated to a splash of color and images that will likely leave you amazed that this artistic work has been created by high school students.
On both floors of Town Hall, in all the hallways, is an array of drawings, paintings, prints, even portraits. as well as ceramic sculpture and paper cut-outs, that speaks to their talent, whimsy and commitment to portray work that reflects well on the school’s art program.
The exhibit is open daily for viewing during regular Town Hall hours _ 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. _ and on Thursday there will be a reception from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. where people can view the work and even purchase some of the ceramics on display. ?You won’t want to miss it. Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts, I’m thinking.
