This morning’s mild rain could just be a sign of things to come over at least the next six days.
Forecasts from the National Weather Service call for at least some rain everyday through at least Wednesday.
The worst of it should come Friday, when forecasts call for an 80 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day amounting to up to a half inch of rain. The rain will continue overnight Friday, adding as much as another 2 inches of rain to the total.
The chance of precipitation will diminish over the next few days but rain remains in the forecasts until Wednesday, the last day for which NWS forecasts are currently available.
