NEW MILFORD – Police charged a 32-year-old New Milford man with an assault at the New Milford Hospital emergency room.
James Kirk, of Park Lane Road, was taken into custody on Tuesday as a result of an investigation of an incident where he allegedly assaulted medical personnel. Police didn’t say when it occurred.
Kirk was also charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer, and was released on $1,000 bond for an appearance in state Superior Court in Bantam on June 23.
