Tuesday morning, when staff and students entered Bethel Middle school, they found that every student locker, every classroom door, every office door, and other walls and nooks throughout the building had sticky notes on them with positive comments.
You are awesome. You are lovable. You are special. You are loved. You matter. You’re great.
Principal Derek Muharem said he was so proud that his students were so thoughtful.
About a dozen students made the notes and asked to remain anonymous, but they did get permission from a staff member to post the notes Monday night.
The end of the school year can be quite stressful, Muharem said, and the individuals who took the time to do this gave smiles to our students and our entire faculty.
