Fresh Nation and HealthyCT launched a new program to bring local, fresh food to Fairfield County on Wednesday.
The non-profit health insurance company will be promoting Fresh Nation’s website, an online market place exclusively for local farmers markets.
Residents can shop on HealthyCT’s website and Fresh Nation workers will fill customer’s online orders, and deliver them directly to customer’s homes or offices.
According to Fresh Nation, their personal shoppers are trained to select only the best food available in each market they attend. This way customers receive the freshest and most nutritious foods.
Fresh Nation delivers to much of Fairfield County, including Bridgeport, Fairfield, Greenwich, Redding, Ridgefield, Stamford, Stratford, Trumbull and Westport.
