DANBURY — A 33-year-old New York man was arrested Friday on possession with intent to sell charges stemming from two 2009 incidents.
Robert James Culton, of Mount Vernon, NY, was arrested Friday at 2:35 p.m. by Danbury Police on possession charges and first-degree failure to appear charge.
Culton had pled guilty on two charges of possession with intent to sell in Superior Court in Danbury stemming from an August and a September 2009 incidents. A rearrest order had been issued by the court when Culton failed to show up for sentencing.
Culton was held on $50,000 bond by Danbury Police for arraignment Monday.
DANBURY — A 27-year-old city man was also arrested Friday by Danbury Police on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Aaron Cooper, of Dogwood Drive, Danbury was arrested Friday at 4:33 p.m. and charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/narcotic.
Cooper was released on $1,000 bond. His court date was not given by police.
