For the 53rd year, Newtown will be holding their annual Labor Day Parade.
The Newtown Police Department has issued a statement that multiple roads will be closed next Monday from 9:40 a.m to 1:15 p.m.
The roads are:
- Route 25 at Pleasant Road and Reservoir Road
- Main Street
- Church Hill Road
- Route 25 at Elm Drive
- Route 25 at Wasserman Way and Elizabeth Street
- Queen Street
