Do you need health insurance? Now is the time to enroll.
Assisters (people who are trained and able to help you navigate the system) will be on hand at upcoming enrollment fairs to help you free of charge.
Enrollment Fairs are happening at the following locations:
The Danbury Library
170 Main St. in Danbury
Monday, Dec. 6, from 1 to 3 p.m.
An Assister who speaks Italian will be available at the Danbury event.
Bethel Public Library
189 Greenwood Ave., Bethel
Monday, Dec. 16, from 4 to 7 p.m.
An Assister who speaks Spanish will be at the Bethel Enrollment Fair.
Here is a list of documents you should to bring to the enrollment event:
• Social Security Number(s) for all household members you want to enroll, or document numbers for legal immigrants
• Date of Birth for all household members you want to enroll
• Income Information and Documents for everyone in your household (pay stubs, W-2 forms or wage statement, or self-employment information)
• Income Tax Return (most recent)
• Policy Number(s) for any current health insurance and
• Information about any job-related health insurance available to your family.
