Time is growing short to buy tickets to win the vintage 1968 Mustang being raffled by the Newtown Lions Club. The winning ticket will be drawn in front of Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main St. in Newtown, at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 18.
All proceeds from the raffle go to the many national, state, and local charitable organizations that the Lions support. Tickets are still available at many local businesses, including Amaral Motors, McGrorgie’s Antiques & Consignments, the Newtown General Store, Berkshire Motors, and the Newtown Car Wash.
