Off-duty Connecticut State Troopers will be on hand to collect toys at sites across the state tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 7), from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new, unwrapped toys that are donated will be distributed to local social service agencies.
Toys collected at Troop A, 90 Lakeside Road in Southbury, will be donated to DCF Danbury.
Troop L of Litchfield will collect toys at the Wal-Mart in Torrington. Toys collected there will be donated to F.I.S.H. Friends in Service to Humanity, The Community Soup Kitchen of Torrington, Burlington Social Services, Burlington Resident Troopers Identified families of need, Burlington various churches/schools-Region 7, Harwinton First Selectman’s office Identified families of need, Litchfield Resident Troopers Office Identified Familes of need, Region 14-Woodbury/Bethlehem Schools and Identified families of need
