A woman driving a Toyota Camry in the far right lane of Interstate 84 near Exit 5 at 3:32 p.m. suffered a right rear tire blow out, forcing her to spin onto the right shoulder of the road, striking a speed limit sign and riding up on the metal beam guard rail, where it dangled until it was removed by a tow truck, according to state police.

Yaniris Moran-Rodriguez, 24, was issued a written warning for driving with unsafe tires. State police said neither she or a passenger, Nerieda Moran-Rodriguez, 54, were injured in the one-car collision.
