NEW MILFORD — A 27-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing larceny charges following two warrant arrests on Oct. 13 and Oct. 15 by New Milford Police.
Christopher Tomlinson, of Forest City, PA. was arrested at Superior Court in Bantam on Oct. 15 while being arraigned from an Oct. 13 arrest. He is facing charges of illegal use of a credit card and 6th degree larceny on the Oct. 15 warrant arrest.
He is also facing charges of 2nd degree making a false statement and interfering with a police office/non-assaultive from the Oct. 13 arrest.
Tomlinson’s court records have been statutorily sealed by the court. His next court date is Oct. 31 in Superior Court in Bantam.
