NEW MILFORD — The owner of a 22 acre parcel at 505 Kent Road in New Milford wants to develop a 95,400-square-foot industrial campus on the site.
Evan Walters, principal in Eagle Holdings LLC, has a special permit application before the Zoning Commission to develop the site along Squash Hollow Road.
This spring, Walter had the zone where the parcel sits changed from a residential to an industrial zone with the support of New Milford’s Economic Development Council.
Neighbors in the bucolic section of the town fought the change unsuccessfully.
A public hearing is set for Dec. 9 before the Zoning Commission for input on Walter’s application.
