NEW MILFORD — A 30-year-old New Milford woman was arrested twice Friday evening, once for a drunken driving accident and the second time at the hospital after she assaulted medical personnel, police said.
Crystal Cuthill, of Geiger Road, was charged with drunken driving and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the 8:55 p.m. crash at Poplar and Elm streets, police said.
Three hours later, police were called to New Milford Hospital for a report of a disorderly patient, and charged Cuthill with breach of peace and assaulting emergency medical personnel.
She was released on bonds totalling $2,500 for appearances in state Superior Court in Bantam on Dec. 16, police said.
