A man standing in an intersection was struck by a silver Honda at North Street and Barnum Court in Danbury shortly after 10 p.m. Friday, according to police.
Police said the man sustained serious injuries to his legs after Stacie Quinones, 21, of Irving Place in Danbury, hit him with her car and fled the scene.
Quinones was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility, violation of a protective order and not avoiding a pedestrian. Her bond was set at $1,000 according to police.
