Danbury police need help to find the driver of a SUV involved in a serious hit and run Thursday night, which left one woman in critical condition.
Sharon Cera of Danbury, was crossing Hayestown Avenue when she was hit by a dark colored SUV, police said. After hitting Cera the car then drove off.
Cera was taken to Danbury Hospital for injuries she sustained in the accident. She was in critical condition, but as of this morning she is in fair condition, said a hospital spokeswoman.
