NEW MILFORD — A 29 year old local man is facing evading responsibility charges related to a two car crash Nov. 14 on Bridge Street at the intersection with Kent Road (Route 7).
Jonathan C. Ferry, of Old Ridge Road, New Milford was arrested following an investigation into the crash that occurred about 6:01 p.m., police said. Ferry’s red 2014 Ford F150 had hit a 2010 grey Honda Accord and left the accident scene, police said.
Ferry was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive at a reasonable distance. He was released on a $500 bond with a court date Nov. 24 in Superior Court in Bantam.
