New England’s public colleges and universities have expanded their program offerings under the New England Regional Student Program. Students are eligible for the RSP Tuition Break when they enroll in an approved major that is not offered by the public colleges and universities in their home-state.
More than 750 undergraduate and graduate degree programs are offered by New England public colleges under the RSP. Students eligible under the RSP save an average of $7,000 on their annual tuition bills.
A total of 33 degree programs have been newly approved under the RSP, starting in the fall 2014: 16 bachelor’s, eight associate and nine graduate programs. View the undergraduate and graduate RSP catalogs for a complete list of programs.
The RSP degree programs are selected and approved on an annual basis and indicate which states’ residents are eligible for the RSP tuition discount. Students are also eligible in some cases when they live closer to an out-of-state college than to an in-state college. Check the list of proximity eligible campuses for details.
