State Police and the Danbury Fire Department are responding to a one car accident on I-84 Eastbound right before the Exit 8 off ramp.
Emergency crews are on scene of the accident on I-84 Eastbound. Department of Transportation.
The accident is off to the shoulder and is not to serious, according to the police scanner.Only one man was in the car and is suffering from facial injuries.
Police have shut down the left lane of the highway. Drivers should use caution.
