It is going to be a rainy couple of days for Danbury and surrounding towns.
According to the National Weather Service, rain will start Friday and will continue into Sunday. Residents should keep their umbrellas in hand this weekend.
Friday will be cold with a high in the upper 30′s, but wind chill values will between 20 and 30, according to the National Weather Service. Rain will begin after 2 p.m. and a half of a inch of rain is possible for Friday night.
Another half of a inch is possible for Saturday, as rain will begin after 8 a.m. and will not stop until early Sunday morning. There is also a slight chance of snow Saturday night, with less than a half an inch predicted, according to the National Weather Service.
Residents will see a parting of the clouds on Sunday as it is suppose to be clear and sunny with a high of 35, according to the National Weather Service.
