DANBURY — A Silver Alert is out for a 15-year-old Danbury girl, Jocelyn Delcid.
Jocelyn is described as a white female with brown eyes and brown hair, 5-foot 3incehs tall. She was last seen wearing a red jacket, black pants and boots. She has been missing since Dec. 31 from Danbury.
