A New Fairfield man turned himself into Ridgefield police after two women reported he inappropriately touched their breasts, police said.
Javier Fernandez, 36, has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault after a December incident, police said. A woman, who is not identified, reported to police that Fernandez, who was working for a pest control agency, touched her breast with his arm while he was working at her home.
Ridgefield police started to investigate the claim and found that another woman had been inappropriately touched by Fernandez while he was working at her home, police said.
Fernandez turned himself in on Jan. 2 and was released on a written promise to appear. He will enter a plea in Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 20.
