NEW MILFORD — A 43-year-old New Milford man is facing charges on heroin possession.
Charles Lawrence Hall Jr., of Wellsville Avenue, was arrested Thursday about 7:40 p.m.when offices assisted adult probation in serving two warrants from violation of probation and failure to appear.
At the time of his arrest, Hall was found to be in possession of heroin, police said. Hall is being held on $10,000 court set bond on possession of a controlled substance and $10,000 court set bond on violation of probation charge.
Hall was serving three years probation from a February 2014 guilty verdict on narcotics charges.
Hall was also held on $500 court set bond for failure to appear on an October 2014 charge of delivering alcohol to minors.
His next court date is April 30 in Superior Court in Bantam.
