NEWTOWN — Connecticut State Police arrested a 33-year-old West Haven man on larceny charges stemming from a 2014 incident in Newtown.
Jeffrey Swan, of Putney Drive, West Haven was transported by State Police to Newtown Police Department on April 6 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny.
Swan is suspected of withholding $1,450 from a previous employer, Newtown Police said. He was found to have another outstanding warrant from first-degree failure to appear in New Haven Court to respond to a third-degree larceny charge stemming from a March 2010 incident.
Swan was released on at $10,000 bond with a court date April 16 in Superior Court in Danbury.
