NEW MILFORD — A 39-year-old local man has been charged with evading responsibility..
Walter Acevedo, of Chapin Road, New Milford was arrested April 20 on a warrant issued after investigation into an incident Jan. 31 on a charge of evading responsibility.
Acevedo was released on $2,500 bond with court May 4 in Superior Court in Bantam.
