NEWTOWN – Police said a handbag was stolen from a car parked on Laurel Road after a thief smashed the passenger side window with a rock.
The theft took place sometime between 9 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday, according to the report.
Police said the bag was in the center console of the 2006 Honda Element.
