A Danbury man pulled a gun on another driver Friday during a road rage incident in New Jersey, according to a NJ.com report.
John A. Gannon, 57, is accused of brandishing a “firearm in the direction of but not at the driver of another vehicle” while pulling into a convenience store on Route 23 in Franklin at about 8 p.m., the report said.
Police said Gannon waved the firearm to intimidate the other driver, according to the website.
He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. He was held in lieu of $10,000 in the Sussex County Jail.
