DANBURY – Police charged a 42-year-old Danbury man with two prior drunken driving convictions with operating under the influence after a traffic stop on White Street Saturday afternoon.
Raul Chabla-Guaman, of Hillside Road, was stopped after police received a report of a possible intoxicated operator about 3:20 p.m.
Police said Chabla-Guaman was also charged with driving without the ignition interlock device installed as a result of his previous drunken driving cases, and failure to drive to the right.
