Walk in any woods in Connecticut, and you’ll find stone walls. If you’re lucky, you may stumble on what’s left of spring houses, or cellar holes with field stone foundations.
Archeologist are now using airborne scanning devices to tell us more about what’s under the ground, Along with walls, they’ve been able to detect things like dams and old roads.
