Ridgefield finance board to meet on budget

The Ridgefield Board of Finance will meet three times next week to complete its deliberations on the proposed 2014-15 town budget
The board will meet Tuesday,  April 1. Wednesday, April 2 and Thursday, April 3. All three meetings with be at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 400 Main Street.
The board is considering a proposed 2014-15 budget of $131.5 million. That’s a 2.45 percent increase over the current town spending package of $126.2 million.
The town’s annual budget meeting will be May 5. Town residents will vote on the proposed budget in a referendum on May 13
