The friends of the Danbury Library will collect books, CDS and DVDS on May 3 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at their new location at 30 Main Street in Danbury.
Volunteers will unload the materials.
The organization sells the books in the library and at an annual sale to raise money used for a wide variety of programs that support the library services.
The collection is in the Executive Tower Building , a half mile of the library on the same side of the street.
No encyclopedias, VHS video tapes, Readers Digest condensed books, medical or business books older than five years, textbooks older than three years, computer books older than two years, magazines or damaged books.
