The New Milford Historical Society & Museum will present its sixth annual Evening of Wine and Song at the museum, 6 Aspetuck Ave., Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. The evening will feature wine tasting, light hors d’oeuvre and music from a barbershop quartet.
The galleries and period rooms will be decked in Christmas decorations, creating a festive setting for the evening. The Blue Moon, a barbershop quartet, will serenade guests while they sip wine (and beer) from the impressive wine and beer offerings provided by The Bridge Liquor Store of New Milford, and enjoy delicious food from local restaurants.
The New Milford Historical Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of New Milford. All proceeds from this major fundraiser will benefit the museum.
