A Danbury woman has been arrested by police on larceny and drug charges after being stopped for driving a stolen vehicle in Milford.
Janell Fako, 27, of West Street in Danbury, was arrested by Milford police on charges of second-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Milford officer saw a vehicle – reported stolen by Danbury police – being driven on Naugatuck Avenue around midnight Tuesday.
During a stop of the vehicle, police found that Fako was operating the stolen vehicle. They also found that she was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
She will appear in Milford Superior Court on Sept. 2.
