Ridgefield police arrested two local teens Monday night on burglary charges.
Police officer responded to a burglar alarm at a home on Chestnut Hill Road at 9 p.m. Officers found that a window to the home had been broken and entry was made, police said.
Officers found Henry Gough, 19, of High Pasture Road and Thomas Redmond, 18, of Chestnut Hill Road, walking near the home.
As officer drove up to the two teens, Redmond took off on his skateboard. Gough was taken in to custody and Redmond was later arrested at his home.
Police are still determining if anything was taken from the home. Both teens were held on a $25,000 bond.
