For months the Danbury Police Department has been investigating Duane Perkins, 31, for suspicion of selling narcotics.
Thursday Perkins was arrested at Duck Street, with two other men, Dontee Heyliger, 31, and Joseph Romeo, 54.
After issuing a search warrant for Perkin’s home and car, police found large quantities of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Perkins and Heyliger were both charged with risk of injury to a child, possession of crack cocaine, three counts of intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Romeo was just charged with possession of crack and was released with the promise to appear in court. Perkins is being held on a $100,000 bond and Heyliger on a $50,000 bond.
Perkins was arrested earlier this year on similar charges and Heyliger had a warrant for his arrest from 2006.
Not court date has been set.
