A man crashed his SUV into a pole on Main Street, he is now being taken to Danbury Hospital for injuries he
Danbury EMS taking the man out of his SUV on Main Street in Danbury.

Danbury police, EMS and firefighters were called to the scene in front of Bank of America. Witness who saw the crash said the driver just veered off the street and hit the pole.
The man was taken out of the car by paramedics and firefighters and placed into an ambulance.
The CL&P pole is broken in two places and requires crews to fix it.
No information on the seriousness of the man’s injuries.
