Kyle Seitz  turned himself into Ridgefield police Tuesday after learning there was a arrest warrant out for him.

He has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. Seitz was released on a promise to appear in court.

It took six weeks after the death of Benjamin Seitz Six for the medical examiner’s office to ruled the death a homicide, prompting a criminal investigation by the Danbury state’s attorney. And more than two months for Ridgefield police to  bring chares against Seitz.
