NEW MILFORD — A 26-year-old local man is facing assault charges from an incident Saturday morning.
William David Butts, of Aspetuck Avenue, New Milford was arrested Saturday about 12:14 a.m. at his home after police responded to a woman and man hit in the face with ice chunks, according to the police log.
Butts was charged with disorderly conduct, first degree assault and first degree threatening.
