NEWTOWN — Police are investigating damage to shrubs and a stone wall at 31 Chestnut Hill Road on Dec. 5.
Between the hours of 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 5 and 12:21 a.m. on Dec. 6 a vehicle traveling west on Berkshire Road left the road, crossed onto the rear yard at 31 Chestnut Hill Road and damaged shrubs and the stone wall on the property, police said.
The driver of the vehicle left the scene. The vehicle appears to have sustained minor damage to the front end and side mirror.
