NEWTOWN — Police are investigating an ATV accident that occurred Jan. 28 about 9:36 a.m. on Bennetts Bridge Road.
Officers determined an ATV traveling southbound on Bennetts Bridge Road went off the southbound shoulder and stuck a CL&P underground utility box causing a power outtage. The ATV then left the scene, police said.
