
New Milford Police are searching for this man shown taking money during a robbery Feb. 25 at Bank of America
NEW MILFORD — Police in New Milford are continuing their investigation into a robbery that happened at Bank of America’s Main Street branch on Feb. 25.
Public Information Officer Lt. Larry Ash said Wednesday that detectives were following up on some leads in the case.
The robber fled the bank about 2 p.m. Feb. 25 with an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber indicated he had a gun, but none was displayed, police said.
The white male was decribed as 6-feet to 6-foot-3 and about 30 to 40 years old. He has a grey goatee and was wearing a grey-on-grey camouflage pattern coat, grey sweatpants with cargo pocket and black sneakers with white shoelaces.
