NEW MILFORD — The Candlewood Lake Authority will host the second annual State of our Lake this Saturday, March 21.
The meeting of the lake communities, business and organization leaders will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Candlewood Lake Club in New Milford.
At the informational forum, which is also open to Squantz Pond community representatives, the CLA will discuss its upcoming sterile grass carp stocking efforts to control milfoil, efforts to reduce blue green algae, new efforts to reduce zebra mussel threat, among other topics.
All attending communities will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Those planning to attend are asked to register online by 12 p.m. Thursday.
