NEW MILFORD – Curt Jones, 39, and his wife, Jesse L. Annunziata, 35, are facing risk of injury and possession of drug paraphernalia charges after police searched their Jotham Road home in the investigation into Jones reported robbery of a New Milford bank.
Both Jones and Annunziata are being held on $100,000 court set bond on the charges with an April 24 court date to enter their pleas in Superior Court in Bantam.
Jones was already being held on a $100,000 bond on charges of first-degree robbery and second-degree larceny stemming from a Feb. 25 bank robbery.
