New York State Police are investigating the death of a homeless man whose body was found Sunday morning along the bank of the East Branch creek in Brewster, N.Y.
The victim, Marvin H. Castillo-Vasquez, 22, was first seen under a train trestle by two fishermen at about 9:45 a.m., police said.
An autopsy is pending to determine the cause of death, but no foul play is suspected at this time, according to the report.
