Residents will have the chance to learn about an energy savings program Wednesday at the Brookfield Library, 182 Whisconier Road.
The meeting will focus on the Cozy Home program, which offers low interest loans for energy-efficient home improvements to southwest Connecticut residents with low to moderate incomes. The presentation runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and there will be a chance to speak with experts on the program.

The Cozy Homes program is offered through the Energy Efficiency Fund, the Connecticut Green Bank, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and local electric and gas utilities.
Literature on the program says people can see up to 30 percent in savings on their energy bills.
More than 40 energy improvements are covered under the loan program. Up to 40 percent of the loan can be put towards health and safety issues.
