On Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 Danbury’s Promise for Children Partnership sponsors an early childhood fair,
Off to a Great Start.
This event is FREE and open to the public for parents of young children.
More than 35 display tables will offer information on preschools, programs and services for families, and other learning opportunities for young children.
The Off to a Great Start! Early Childhood Fair will be held at Broadview Middle School, 72 Hospital Ave., Danbury from 11 am to 2 pm.
Fun, free entertainment will be provided by The Bossy Frog Band, and Karianna Rosenberg will be providing storytelling in English and Spanish. Face painters from Escape to the Arts will be there, and fun arts and crafts activities will also be offered. The first 200 families to attend will receive a free goodie bag. The Lion’s Club will also be offering free vision screenings for children.

Danbury’s Promise for Children Partnership operates the City of Danbury Office of Early Childhood. It includes parents, healthcare providers, schools, early childhood care and education providers, and businesses.
