The Connecticut Siting Council will hold a hearing on the proposed cell town on Old Stagecoach Road in Ridgefield on Thursday, April 24.
The hearing will allow both public officials, intervenors and the general public to comment on the plan before the siting council begins its deliberations on the proposal.
Homeland Towers,a Danbury-based company wants to build the tower on a ridge line that overlooks Ridgefield High School. If built, it will enhance the spotty cell service in neighborhoods in the north and west neighborhoods on town.
